Is there a way to convert picture to video in 18fps?
I capture super8 movie to tiff and want to output to 18fps

You can adjust the frame rate for image to video conversions in the right Advanced Output Settings panel. When you have image(s) in the queue and choose a video output, you’ll see an Image to Video section in that right panel and there’s section for Image Duration. Just change the drop-down menu to “fps” instead and enter 18 in the field next to it.

That creates a video of 30fps if the video settings are set same as source.
When the video frame rate settings are changed you get a video withe that settings but there is no choice of 18fps, 15fps or 20fps are the closest options.
